Duties

Assist with the coordination and execution of puppy flights, ensuring safe and comfortable transport
Maintain compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations during all flight operations
Monitor flight schedules and coordinate logistics to optimize timing and efficiency
Conduct analysis of flight data and operational procedures to identify areas for improvement
Ensure all safety protocols are followed throughout the transportation process
Support pre-flight preparations, including documentation review and equipment checks
Collaborate with airline staff, handlers, and other team members to facilitate smooth operations
Manage time effectively to meet strict scheduling requirements while maintaining high safety standards

Requirements

Prior non-rev Flight Benefits must be held before applying
Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations applicable to passenger and cargo flights
Strong understanding of aviation operations and safety procedures
Excellent time management skills to coordinate multiple flights efficiently
Analytical skills to assess operational data and improve processes
