Responsibilities

Safely operate aircraft in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and company policies, ensuring passenger and crew safety at all times
Lead and supervise flight crews, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth flight operations and adherence to safety protocols
Communicate effectively with air traffic control, crew members, and ground staff to coordinate flight plans and respond promptly to any operational issues
Manage time efficiently to meet schedules while maintaining rigorous safety standards
Conduct thorough pre-flight inspections, review flight plans, and analyze weather conditions to optimize flight safety and efficiency
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing passenger needs professionally and courteously throughout the journey
Maintain detailed records of flights, incidents, and compliance documentation in accordance with aviation regulations
Demonstrate leadership by mentoring junior pilots and fostering a collaborative team environment

Experience

1000 hours of flying is a minimum

Pay: $54,961.75 - $170,000.00 per year
