Ventura is adding another Citation XL to our growing fleet and have an immediate need for one XL SIC.

Compensation – $90,000 base.

Home Based Location – Our crew members can live anywhere within 2 hours to an airport in the lower 48

Schedule - We offer schedule options including 8/6 and 15/13. Travel days are included in your rotation!

Company Credit Cards and Per Diem – All crews are issued company credit cards for hotels, rental cars, etc., and crews are

paid per diem of $65 domestic and $95 international for meal expenses.

Exceptional Overtime and Holiday Pay – Your days off are yours! If you chose to work extra days on either end of your rotation, we pay for that. Does your rotation have you away from family and friends on a holiday? We pay for that, too. We are your advocates for balancing work with life, so when you have to miss a holiday or choose to work extra, we’ll cover that.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for pilots with a solid record of safety, stability, and experience in both domestic and international operations.

All pilots must be career-driven, dependable, and exhibit superior customer service with excellent communication skills.

Successful candidates will have a strong employment background with a solid work ethic. With our growth, you couldn’t get on

Preference may be given to candidates with experience flying other Citation variants and candidates with a strong 135

background. We are truly looking for long term pilots who want to continue to upgrade

Requirements:

Commercial Pilot Certificate
1st Class Medical
1,500 hours total flight time
500 hours PIC
Must be able to travel internationally without restriction
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship • Initial/recurrent in type withinprevious 36 months (preferred)
International experience (preferred)
