Position Overview:The Corporate Pilot is a key member of the company’s corporate aviation team, responsible for the safe, efficient, and discreet operation of company-owned aircraft under Part 91. This role supports family and executive business travel while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and service. The ideal candidate is a team-oriented pilot with extensive multi-engine and turbojet experience who values operational excellence and flexibility and wants to fly on one the best platforms in corporate aviation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate corporate aircraft in compliance with FAA regulations and manufacturer guidelines.
- Conduct pre-flight planning, including weather analysis, route planning, and fuel calculations.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers at all times.
- Perform pre and post-flight inspections and complete required documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all technical and regulatory requirements.
- Accurately complete flight logs, reports and required documentation.
- Liaise with maintenance personnel to ensure the aircraft is airworthy and all scheduled maintenance is completed.
- Ensure aircraft cleanliness, readiness and proper stocking.
- Operate in a discreet and professional manner, respecting the privacy and confidentiality of the Family Office.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3,500 total flight hours.
- Minimum 2,500 hours in multi-engine aircraft.
- Minimum 1,000 in turbo jet aircraft.
- Valid and current First-Class FAA Medical Certificate.
- Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and international flight procedures.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating within a Family Office or corporate aviation setting.
- Familiarity with FBO operations and private air travel protocols.
- Proficiency with aviation software and tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $112,418.38 per year
