We’re looking for a hands-on aircraft detailer who takes pride in craftsmanship and wants to grow with a young aviation services business.
This is not a large corporate operation—yet. This is a ground-floor opportunity for someone who wants to be trusted, learn the full operation, and grow into a leadership role as volume increases.

What You’ll Do
- Perform high-quality aircraft detailing, including:
- Exterior washing, waxing, and paint revitalization
- Brightwork metal polishing and de-ice boot treatment
- Interior detailing, leather care, carpet extraction
- Set up and break down jobs safely and efficiently
- Follow SOPs and safety procedures at airports and hangars
- Represent the company professionally with aircraft owners, pilots, and FBO staff
- Help improve processes as the business grows
- (Over time) assist in training new team members
Who This Is For
- Someone who takes pride in doing things right
- A self-starter who doesn’t need micromanagement
- Comfortable working around aircraft and airport environments
- Interested in long-term growth, not just hourly work
- Aviation-adjacent experience is a big plus (line techs, A&P students, pilots in training, military aviation)
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, work at heights, kneel, and stand for extended periods
- Willing to follow safety protocols and wear PPE
- Able to pass background check and FAA drug screening
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Pay: $21.95 - $26.00 per hour
