Silver Air is seeking a highly experienced, self-directed Cabin Attendant to support a dedicated Part 135 aircraft operating from San Jose International Airport (SJC). This role requires a strong operator mindset, excellent service execution, and comfort working independently without the infrastructure of a large managed hangar.
The aircraft operates primarily on heavy domestic charter, with occasional international and overwater flying. Candidates must demonstrate consistency across multiple Part 135 environments and maintain Silver Air's service standards at all times.
Candidates must be based within a reasonable driving distance of SJC to support short-notice scheduling.
This position is ideal for a Cabin Attendant who thrives in autonomous environments and understands the operational demands of a high-utilization charter aircraft.
- Deliver exceptional service on Part 135 charter flights, anticipating guest needs proactively
- Maintain consistent Silver Air service standards across all missions
- Perform full pre- and post-flight cabin inspections
- Coordinate catering, provisioning, and onboard inventory independently
- Oversee stocking and readiness at a third-party FBO/hangar environment
- Liaise with local FBOs, vendors, and service partners as needed
- Ensure cabin cleanliness, organization, and presentation at all times
- Communicate effectively with flight crew during all phases of flight
- Adhere strictly to safety, compliance, and Silver Air Cabin Attendant Handbook standards
- Support international and overwater operations as required
- 3+ years Corporate / Part 91/135 Cabin Attendant experience required; 5+ years preferred
- Proven experience operating independently at remote or non-Silver Air managed bases
- Strong provisioning, inventory management, and vendor coordination skills
- International and overwater experience strongly preferred; comfort supporting international missions required
- High-end food and beverage service expertise
