This job is a member of the Inflight Dining Operations.
Responsible for analyzing, editing and approving caterer orders on a weekly basis.

What you'll do

Works with various suppliers to ensure that caterer orders are fulfilled and shipped within the designated lead times outlined by Inflight Dining Services
Analyzes and approves Ipayables invoices from suppliers
Collaborates with procurement and logistics analysts to ensure that sufficient inventory is maintained at warehouses as well as at all catering locations.
Processes and manages startup orders for new station startups which includes station pre-visit and assistance in the startup location for the initial flight(s)

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

High school diploma or GED equivalency
General knowledge of all commodities handled by the logistics team

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Knowledge of Onboard Dining Services operations

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

Ability to balance multiple priorities
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to make quick decisions based on operational situations
Ability to become proficient with frequently used reporting tools and systems (e.g. AirVision Inflight, AAPICS)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access and MS Query
