Position Overview: This is a full-time position (40+ hours per week), and overtime is often available, with workweeks ranging from 50 to 60 hours. We operate 24 hours a day, and there are both day and night shift positions available. You will be part of a team of highly motivated professionals, working together to deliver top-quality results. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Arrive on time, ready to contribute to the team
- Follow direction from your team lead and experienced mentors
- Collaborate with a team of apprentices to ensure top-quality results
- Adhere to company safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Maintain high standards of quality in all tasks performed
Skills & Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50-75 pounds and stand for long periods
- Comfortable working at heights up to 50 feet (fall protection provided)
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
- Must be able to wear a respirator
