What You Will Do:
Korry uses monitoring services to track availability of inventory for parts and raw materials used in the manufacturing environment. These monitoring services provide alerts that need to be evaluated by the Korry team(s) to determine the importance and urgency of addressing the alert. Due to the backlog of alerts that need to be addressed, this position will be triaging and processing these alerts to bring Korry systems in-line with best available information from the monitoring services.
This position is restricted to a maximum of 90 days.
Primary Responsibilities:
Review outstanding reports from monitoring services.
Create internal work tickets to address material availability concerns.
Analysis of material consumption and business impact using existing tools.
Process open tickets to drive them to close.
Ensure accuracy of material tracking database.
Preferred Education
High school diploma / GED or equivalent.
Preferred Specialized Skills and Abilities
Experience with Microsoft Excel and familiar with how to utilize functions/formulas
Excellent communication skills
Basic understanding of types of materials (metals, plastics, rubbers, etc.)
Able to work independently and in a team setting
Eager to work with many different disciplines at Korry
Physical Requirements:
Availability to work onsite in Everett, 5 days per week
Frequent use of Windows computers, database and digital platforms, and other office productivity machinery, such as copy machines and computer printers
Pay Range
Please note the typical hiring range is $22.00 - $26.00 hourly. Job offers within the range are based on significant job qualifications and pay equity.
