Primary Job Duties:
As the Flight Operations Delay Specialist, you will research the root cause for all Flight Operations coded delays, and report the accurate delay coding daily to Flight Operations Management.
- Review all delay codes for accuracy.
- Research to determine root cause for each delay.
- Generate daily delay report.
- Coordinate with other departments and external stakeholders on delay coding.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:

Proficient in MS Office including Excel, Word and Outlook required

Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.

Flexibility in schedule to work overtime as needed to meet deadlines.

This position is located at SkyWest Headquarters in St. George, UT (remote options may be possible upon completion of onsite training in St. George, UT)

Typically 18-24 hours a week. Alternating 3 days on, 3 days off (generally 6 hour night shifts from 7:00 PM - 1:00 AM Mountain Time) including weekends and holidays.
