Key Accountabilities
- Performs a variety of duties at an airport, involving customer contact and operational service while delivering a high quality product.
- Answers inquiries regarding airplane or bus schedules.
- Assists passengers with check-in procedures and directs passenger to designated concourse for loading.
- Boards and closes out flights in a safe and timely manner.
- Ensures Federal Aviation Administration, Company, and airport regulations are followed.
Enforces safety/security measures and protects sensitive zones.
- Applies basic skills and procedures appropriate for the position within the assigned functional area.
Required and Preferred Skills and Experience
- Intermediate level, typically 3-5 years of experience.
- Moving towards full competency.
- Requires a broader, general understanding of discipline.
- Identifies problems and develops potential solutions.
- Makes decisions within well defined parameters.
