We are seeking a motivated Apprentice Aircraft Maintenance Technician to support a Part 91 corporate fleet while actively working toward Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification and testing eligibility. Under the supervision of the Director of Maintenance and certificated technicians, the apprentice will assist with pre-flight and post-flight inspections, routine servicing, preventative maintenance tasks such as tire and brake changes, and basic troubleshooting of aircraft discrepancies. The role includes maintaining accurate maintenance records, assisting with due lists, and helping ensure aircraft status is clearly communicated. The apprentice is expected to maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment, assist with aircraft cleaning and detailing as needed, and demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, accountability, and professional development while gaining hands-on experience across the fleet

Qualifications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Minimal jet experience required, willing to train the right person
