Overland Aviation is now hiring a Full-Time Customer Service Representative at Williston Basin International Airport, a role that plays a crucial part in our operations and the experience of our customers!
Overland Aviation provides aviation services such as aircraft refueling, ground handling, air charters, pilot services, aircraft maintenance, and flight school. Our Customer Service Representatives are an integral part of the daily operations at the airport, as they deliver a professional, customized, first-class level of customer service while representing both Overland Aviation and our community to pilots and passengers visiting Williston Basin International Airport. By working cohesively and efficiently as a team, all Overland Aviation team members share the same primary objective – ensuring our customers are provided a safe, efficient, and first-class customer service experience.
Essential Job Functions:
- Accurately and efficiently coordinate aircraft service requests from pilots, flight crews, and aircraft dispatchers to Line Service Technicians and Ramp Agents.
- Provide exceptional customer service to Sun Country Airline passengers at the commercial airline terminal including ticketing, gate, and baggage services.
- Provide general information to passengers, such as directions and flight information.
- Process tickets, check baggage, monitor carry-on baggage for size and quantity, and assign seats.
- Provide information upon customer inquiries to include arrival and departure times, boarding procedures, carry-on regulations, and seat assignments.
- Enforce safety and security measures and monitor sensitive safety zones.
- Accept payments for services provided utilizing proprietary Point of Sale software.
- Provide concierge services to our customers, to include making hotel, car rental,
catering, and other travel reservations.
- Accurately track aircraft fueling details, payments, and cash drawer transactions.
- Answer and direct all incoming phone and radio calls for service requests,
coordinating each service request with the respective service department.
- Perform light janitorial duties to ensure customer areas are clean and organized.
- Comply with all safety policies and procedures, business practices, company policies,
and all other applicable local, city, state, and federal regulations.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
- Must be able to pass a TSA background check to obtain an airport SIDA badge
- Exceptional communication skills both in person and over the phone
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Exceptional organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task in
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products to include Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to work day and evening shifts, occasional weekends, holidays, and on-call. Typical shifts for this position are Monday-Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm or 11:00am to 7:00pm, or 8am-5pm Saturday & Sunday.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
- Ability to perform light janitorial duties.
