We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized FBO Line Operations Manager to lead and oversee all ground handling and line operations at our Fixed Base Operator (FBO) facility at Piedmont Triad Intl Airport in Greensboro, NC. . Duties
- Lead and supervise the FBO line operations team, including service technicians, ground crew, and logistics personnel, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Coordinate aircraft maintenance activities in compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and company policies, including routine inspections and troubleshooting mechanical issues.
- Oversee aircraft fueling, cleaning, catering, and baggage handling processes to guarantee timely turnaround times while adhering to safety protocols.
- Manage logistics related to aircraft arrivals and departures, including scheduling, documentation, and coordination with pilots and ground services.
- Ensure all team members follow safety procedures diligently, conduct regular safety audits, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance logs, incident reports, and operational documentation; utilize organizational skills for efficient record keeping.
Requirements
- Proven management experience in aviation ground services or related fields; supervising experience is essential.
- Mechanical knowledge of aircraft systems combined with service technician experience or aircraft maintenance background.
- Familiarity with Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs), aviation safety standards, logistics management, and maintenance protocols.
- Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills; capable of motivating teams and managing time effectively under pressure.
- Experience with manual transmission vehicles and commercial driving licenses is preferred for operational flexibility.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and manual tasks associated with aircraft servicing; organizational skills for managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must pass an airport background check for badging.

Pay: $49,920.00 - $64,480.00 per year
