We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. Duties
- Coordinate and schedule transportation for personnel and cargo, ensuring timely departures and arrivals.
- Monitor flight schedules and communicate any changes or delays to relevant parties.
- Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities, including flight logs and communication logs.
- Collaborate with pilots, ground crew, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Analyze operational data to improve efficiency and safety measures.
- Ensure compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations during all dispatch processes.
- Respond promptly to emergencies or unexpected situations, providing solutions as necessary.
Skills
- Proficient in time management to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills to assess situations quickly and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and external stakeholders.
