Executive Air Taxi Corporation is a full-service FBO in Bismarck, ND. Our mission is to provide the public and our community with high-quality air transportation and aviation services. We are currently seeking a highly energetic and customer-focused individual to join our talented team as a Full-time Front Desk Customer Service Representative.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide world-class service by anticipating and exceeding customer expectations, including but not limited to ensuring car rentals, catering requests, and hotel accommodation needs are met.
- Solicit and respond to customer feedback
- Politely answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Answer email communications in a professional and timely manner.
- Process customer purchases and fuel transactions
- Collaborate with line technicians and pilots to ensure all customer service needs are met in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate:
- Will consistently search for ways to improve our customer service
- Can easily adapt to change and remain flexible and open to new ideas
- Must be detail-oriented and customer-focused
- Has excellent time management
- Has previous experience with Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables preferred
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks
This individual must be able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, have robust customer service skills, be a team player, and be dependable. Light bookkeeping and data entry are required for this position.
Hours:
Monday-Friday 7a.m. to 4p.m. There are times when this position may require additional hours.
