What you’ll do:
Direct all aspects of flight and ground training, ensuring pilots are trained to the highest safety and performance standards.
Lead major training initiatives, including the development of new training programs and the implementation of advanced training technologies.
Assist in the preparation of cost predictions and develop/monitor the budget for the Flight Training Department.
Ensure that all training programs are formulated and administered in compliance with applicable regulations and company policies and procedures
Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring training programs are delivered on time and within budget.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align training strategies with overall business objectives.
What you’ll need:
- At least five (5) years of experience in part 121 Airline Training Programs.
- At least five (5) years of experience in part 121 Pilot Operations.
- A320 type rating preferred.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to model dedication and support for company goals.
- Strong working knowledge of common desktop applications.
