About This Role
Agri Spray Drones is looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead and grow our warehouse operations in Boonville, MO. This is a hands-on role at a fast-growing company where our warehouse processes are still being built out and improved. We need a leader who can manage the team and the day-to-day while also helping us implement new systems, improve workflows, and scale our operation to keep up with demand. You will be leading a small but growing team with plans to expand, so there is a real opportunity to shape how our warehouse runs as the company grows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the warehouse team to meet daily operational goals
- Oversee all inbound receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and outbound shipping
- Evaluate current warehouse processes and identify opportunities for improvement as the company grows
- Help research, implement, and maintain new warehouse systems, tools, and technologies
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse workflows
- Jump in and work alongside the team when needed — no task is beneath this role
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of warehouse or logistics experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, operations management, or a related field
- Proven ability to lead a team and hold people accountable while keeping morale high
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially around inventory accuracy
- Problem-solver mentality — comfortable figuring things out and building processes from the ground up
- Comfortable with technology and willing to learn new warehouse management systems and tools
- Adaptable and flexible — our needs shift as we grow, and no two days look the same
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet throughout the day

- Personal responsibility to see and project through completion and ensure its success
Pay: $32.00 - $36.00 per hour
