Aero Centers is excited to announce the expansion of its fleet and is looking for a crew to operate our new CJ-3 based in ILM. Aircraft will be operated Part 91 (for two owners) and also Part 135. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CJ-3 Flight Crew member to join our dynamic aviation team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the safe, efficient, and professional operation of our aircraft, providing exceptional service to our clients while adhering to strict safety and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, extensive aviation experience, and multilingual capabilities to communicate effectively across diverse teams and clients. Your expertise in aircraft maintenance, management, and logistics will drive operational excellence and uphold our commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Operate CJ-3 aircraft safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and company policies
- Lead pre-flight inspections, coordinate maintenance schedules, and oversee aircraft readiness for each flight
- Manage logistics related to flight planning, passenger boarding, baggage handling, and in-flight services
- Conduct safety briefings for passengers and crew, emphasizing emergency procedures and service standards
Qualifications
PIC Qualifications
· Must live within 1-hour of ILM
· Minimum Flight Time: 3,000TT; 2,000 PIC; 500 In-Type
· No accidents/Incidents/FAA Enforcement Action
· Previous Part 135 experience
· 12-months SIM Current (preferred)
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Strong customer service
SIC Qualifications
· Must live within 1-hour of ILM
· Minimum Flight Time/Requirements: 1,000TT; 500 PIC; Commercial multi-engine land rating
· No accidents/Incidents/FAA Enforcement Action
· Previous Part 135 experience (preferred)
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Strong customer service.
PIC Salary range $140,000-160,000
SIC Salary range $ 100,000-120,000
Salary based on Experience
Pay: $100,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
