Responsibilities:
- Answer guest inquiries regarding the city and local events and attractions;
- Recommend dining options and activities and make reservations for guests;
- Arrange transportation for business services and entertainment;
- Develop strong relationships with long-term guests resulting in repeat hotel stays, positive online reviews of concierge transactions and more services booked.
Experience:
- College degree preferred;
- 2+ years of experience in a guest of front office capacity;
- Knowledge of hotel services, local events, venues and transportation options;
- Detail oriented and enjoy working with the public;
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a can-do positive attitude.
