Program Manager (Contract)

Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic senior program leader to serve as the central point of accountability for shared supplier sustainability engagement across multiple business groups. This role is responsible for ensuring consistent, high-quality supplier communications, data readiness for assurance, and alignment to Scope 3 and Carbon-Free Electricity goals. The ideal candidate brings exceptional stakeholder leadership, program management excellence, and the ability to translate complex sustainability and spend data into actionable plans. This position requires close partnership with internal sourcing, engineering, legal, and sustainability teams, as well as coordination with regional stakeholders in Asia-based manufacturing hubs.
Job Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact and program manager for shared suppliers across multiple business groups, ensuring clear engagement models, defined roles, and effective decision-making across teams

Lead shared supplier governance cadence including internal and external meetings, driving alignment on engagement priorities, sourcing touchpoints, supplier requests, and escalation pathways

Own the end-to-end communication plan and data collection approach for shared suppliers, ensuring sustainability and spend data is complete, accurate, and prepared for internal and external assurance

Facilitate and deliver shared sustainability data and spend insights to relevant internal teams, enabling consistent reporting and supplier action planning

Support targeted engagement with key semiconductor shared suppliers, including coordination of technical asks, executive briefings, and follow-up actions

Act as program liaison for ongoing sustainability tooling and technical product development impacting shared suppliers, capturing requirements, validating supplier and user experience, and driving adoption readiness

Develop and implement a comprehensive stakeholder communications strategy leveraging internal channels to ensure timely, clear, and consistent information sharing

Create, review, and edit communications across the program portfolio including supplier communications, internal newsletters, executive updates, and external presentations

Maintain and update program documentation such as standard operating procedures, site content, and playbooks to reflect evolving program needs and ensure operational continuity
Requirements:

7 or more years of experience in program management, supply chain, sustainability, sourcing, or a related field with demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional programs

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, sustainability, business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Proven ability to lead senior stakeholder alignment across multiple organizations, driving clarity in roles, priorities, and delivery commitments

Strong supplier engagement skills, including managing communications, data requests, and follow-up actions with external partners

Experience with sustainability data collection, reporting, or assurance readiness including Scope 3, emissions, and energy or Carbon-Free Electricity concepts

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready narrative development and presentation creation

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, build project plans, and deliver outcomes under time constraints with high attention to detail

Familiarity with supplier sustainability frameworks and tools such as RBA, CDP, and Carbon-Free Electricity procurement concepts, as well as enterprise sustainability platforms

Experience partnering with product and engineering teams on tool development, requirements definition, and rollout and change management

Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and navigate ambiguity across global, matrixed organizations

Experience in technology manufacturing supply chains, including semiconductor ecosystems and Asia-based supplier networks preferred
