We are seeking a dedicated Safety Manager to oversee and expand our safety program as well as ensure compliance with all DOT/FMCSA regulations. The Safety Manager will play a critical role in fostering the safety culture and maintaining a secure working environment for all employees. This role requires someone with a strong background in DOT/FMCSA regulations, drivers' hour of service, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate safety policies and procedures at all levels. Key Responsibilities include: Policy Development and Implementation, Safety Training and Awareness, Incident Investigation and Reporting, Compliance Management, Collaboration and Communication. Required Skills: A strong understanding of DOT and OSHA regulations, excellent communication skills, strong motivational skills, attention to detail and strong organizational skills. This is NOT a remote job, it is an in person position.
