Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on corporate aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and company standards
- Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and modifications on airframe and powerplant systems
- Interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and maintenance documentation
- Complete accurate maintenance records and logbook entries
- Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members, inspectors, and management to meet deadlines and operational goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License required
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in corporate/business aviation maintenance
- Strong knowledge of turbine-powered aircraft systems preferred
- Experience with common corporate aircraft platforms (e.g., Gulfstream, Bombardier, Citation, Falcon) is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and occasional travel if needed
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in confined spaces
- Comfortable working in varying environmental conditions (hangar and ramp)
Pay: $23.00 - $43.00 per hour
