Office Manager
– Operations, Marketing & AI Specialist | Bold Brothers Roofing | Lakewood, CO
**$50k - $80k a year** | Full-time + Overtime
We are looking for a true “Force Multiplier” and “Air Traffic Controller” for our Lakewood roofing office. This isn’t a typical desk job — you will run the heartbeat of daily operations, drive our marketing and social media, and heavily implement AI tools across the business to help us scale faster and smarter.
What You will Be Doing
- Answer phones, handle incoming inquiries, and route high-quality leads straight to our Project Managers
- Manage the master schedule, project pipeline, and documentation to keep jobs moving smoothly from lead to completion
- Handle social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), Google ads, email campaigns, content creation, lead follow-up, and website updates
- Assist with hiring support, administrative tasks, production coordination, and sales support
- Serve as the professional voice of the company and deliver outstanding customer experience
- Heavily implement AI in multiple areas — using tools like ChatGPT, automation platforms, chatbots, and more to streamline office tasks, create content, improve lead handling, boost efficiency, and drive results
Who You Are
- 4+ years of office management, operations, admin, or marketing experience
- Excellent computer skills and genuinely “heavily into AI” — you already use AI tools daily and are excited to bring innovation into a real roofing company
- Tech-forward and comfortable with Google Workspace, social media platforms, basic content tools (Canva/CapCut), and learning industry systems
- Organized, detail-obsessed, and cool under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Construction or roofing background is a plus, but not required — we value hustle, reliability, and tech-savviness
