Required Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with avionics installs (wiring, harnesses, integration, troubleshooting).
- Strong attention to detail, safety focus, and FAA compliance.
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiasm for diverse aircraft and avionics projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of install experience with Garmin Aviation products
- Knowledge of Garmin manuals, wiring diagrams, and setup processes.
- Experience with panel mods, custom harnesses, software loading, or database management.
- Certifications (e.g., FCC GROL) or skills in related systems (ADS-B, autopilots) a plus.
