LEAD DRIVER POSITIONPay:$23.00 – per hour
- Assist Station Leadership with daily operations.
- Support onboarding and training of new drivers.
- Serve as a safety ambassador and role model.
- Help monitor service quality and operational standards.
- Assist with fleet readiness and communication between drivers and leadership.
- Coach and mentor team members while maintaining a professional and positive culture.
Qualifications
This is a working leadership position and an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking future advancement into Assistant Station Leader and Station Leader roles.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORMinimum Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older. ( under 25 must have professional driving experience)
- Valid U.S. Driver's License.
- Clean Background check
- Clean driving record- No moving violations for 3 years/ no accidents for 3 years
- Ability to obtain a Non-CDL DOT Medical Card.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Customer-service mindset with a professional attitude.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
Preferred
- Airport transportation experience.
- Shuttle driving experience.
- Hospitality experience.
- Leadership experience (Lead Driver applicants).
