Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Dulles, Virginia. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of assigned projects, including planning, scheduling, coordinating, and supervising project execution. Key responsibilities include managing resources, facilitating communication between stakeholders, ensuring compliance with deadlines and budgets, and addressing logistical and operational challenges to ensure project success.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary level contact for the duration of project with clients
- Manage multiple project as the PM-in charge
- Develop baseline and schedule updates on Microsoft Project or P6
- Oversees designers, contractors, and vendors on large commercial projects
- Identify project risks and develop risk registers with mitigation plans
- Oversee the contractor’s performance by monitoring their progress
- Meet stakeholders’ expectations by addressing their concerns and eliminating project’s challenges
- Develop cost estimates and implement project control tools
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in aviation construction or similar
- Client-facing approach with presentation skillsets

Pay: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
