Job Overview
Growing 135 charter operation is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented entry level pilot. This role offers an exciting opportunity to launch your aviation career by piloting multiengine piston and turbine aircraft, including business jets. As an entry-level pilot, you will be integral to ensuring safe, efficient, and professional flight services while gaining valuable experience in commercial flight operations. The position emphasizes adherence to FAA regulations, ICAO standards, and company policies.
Our ideal candidate would live within 60 minutes of the New Castle County airport (ILG), as part of our business is last-minute, single day trips.
Qualifications
- Valid pilot license with appropriate certifications for commercial operations under FAR Part 135.
- Demonstrated proficiency in flying multi-engine aircraft.
- Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) including Parts 91 and 135.
- Fluency in the English language.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, air traffic control, and passengers effectively.
- Ability to adhere to strict safety protocols while commanding aircraft confidently and professionally.

- TOTAL: 1200
- XC: 500
- Night XC: 25
- Instrument: 75
- Instrument Flight: 50
- Multi: 50 Hours
- Turbine Experience required.
Candidates must be able to travel unrestricted to destinations in Canada, US, Caribbean and Mexico, with a current and valid passport. Candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check. Either an ATP rating or having passed the ATP written is not required, but highly desirable.
Pay: $120,272.32 - $142,294.26 per year
