Helicopter Pilot – Fire & Utility Operations

Mountain Air is seeking experienced helicopter pilots to support fire suppression and complex utility projects across the United States. We operate under 14 CFR Parts 135, 133, and 137, providing helicopter support for some of the most challenging and demanding missions in the industry.

Our Operations Include:

Fire support for Federal and State agencies
External load and longline utility work
Challenging mission profiles in mountainous and remote environments
Specialized helicopter support operations require precision and professionalism

What We’re Looking For:

Utility and/or fire helicopter experience preferred
Strong decision-making skills and a safety-conscious mindset
Professional attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Willingness to operate in dynamic and challenging conditions

Commercial Pilot- Rotorcraft

2000 Hours Helicopter
150 Hours in the Airbus AS350 Series Helicopter
100 Hours of External Load Experience (Preferred) 50’, 100’, and 150’ Long Line
Previously USFS/DOI Carded (Preferred)
