Alfieri Tree Care is looking for the right person to join our tree crew. Experience is a bonus, but reliability, work ethic, and attitude matter more to us than what's on your resume.
We can teach tree care. We're looking for someone who shows up, works hard, takes direction, supports their crew, and wants to learn a skilled trade.
What You'll Do
Work alongside experienced arborists and crew members, learning the skills needed to safely and efficiently support professional tree care operations.
- Support tree pruning and removal operations
- Handle ropes and assist with ground operations
- Move, load, and chip brush and wood
- Learn to safely use chainsaws, chippers, and other equipment
- Assist with equipment checks and basic maintenance
- Keep job sites, trucks, and equipment clean and organized
- Work safely and efficiently as part of a crew
This is an active, physical job performed outdoors throughout the year. Some days are harder than others, and everyone on the crew is expected to pitch in.

No tree care experience required. Familiarity with landscaping, construction, power tools, equipment, mechanical work, or other hands-on trades is a plus.
Requirements
- Valid Massachusetts Driver's License
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to regularly lift and carry 75+ lbs.
- Able to meet pre-employment screening requirements
- Safety-conscious and able to report to work free from impairment
- Local to Cape Cod or within a reasonable commute of Mashpee, MA

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 50.0 per week
