Role Overview: As a Patient Engagement Specialist on our Pilot Team, you will manage administrative workflows and directly engage with patients to ensure they have a smooth, supportive experience throughout their ROMTech rehabilitation journey. This is a high-impact role where your work directly shapes the patient experience and pilot program success. You will focus on getting patients started successfully, ensuring they feel supported, and providing a tech-savvy approach to their rehabilitation process.

Key Responsibilities:

Call patients to confirm information, educate them on the program, and schedule onboarding.
Track patient progress in EMR/CRM systems (Elation, ThoroughCare, Pipedrive).
Maintain detailed documentation and notes for every patient interaction.
Support pilot program operations and identify opportunities to improve workflows. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure device shipments and patient readiness.
Ensure patients have a positive experience and feel supported throughout their rehabilitation journey.

1–2 years of experience in healthcare, patient services, or customer support.
Experience in chronic care management is highly preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Tech-savvy with comfort using multiple digital tools and platforms.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Comfort using EMR/CRM systems.
Ability to handle sensitive health information professionally.
Experience with rehab, orthopedics, or post-surgical patients, preferred
Familiarity with remote patient monitoring or home therapy programs preferred.
Experience supporting pilot programs or startups preferred.
