Objective: Assist our VIP owners and guests with their vacation needs and support Tour Production for OPC and In-house staff members to elevate Hilton Head Guest Services to the top.

Job Requirements

We are looking for a friendly, outspoken, bubbly individual who works well with all different types of personalities. Must be flexible and have reliable transportation. Must be able to work weekends, nights, and Holidays. Must have great computer skills with experience in Word and Excel. Must have a valid driver license.

Job Summary:

· Assisting our tour production and In-house concierge staff with tours

· Printing Tickets for our VIP guest

· Data Entry

· Preparing memos, reports, bonuses, and other clerical duties

· Weekly inventory of supplies and merchandise

· Rate of pay Full or Part time $17.00 to $18.00 per hour, plus commission.

- Only a full-time position will be eligible for benefits.
