Aquarius Lux is a South Florida Luxury Aviation Presentation company specializing in premium exterior and cabin presentation services for private aircraft, charter fleets, management companies, FBOs, MROs, flight departments, brokers, and aircraft owners.

Our mobile services include aircraft exterior washing, brightwork and metal polishing, ceramic coatings, paint correction, cabin presentation, leather conditioning, heated carpet extraction, pet-hair removal, and recurring aircraft appearance programs.

We currently serve aviation markets including Stuart, Vero Beach, Fort Pierce, West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, Naples, Punta Gorda, and surrounding Florida airports.

The Opportunity

We are expanding our professional aviation network and seeking experienced Aviation Business Development Representatives and Referral Partners who can introduce Aquarius Lux to qualified aircraft owners, operators, and aviation decision-makers.

This is a remote, commission-based independent contractor opportunity. Applicants may live anywhere in the United States, but they should have established aviation relationships or connections to aircraft that operate in, are based in, or regularly travel to South Florida.

This opportunity is ideal for someone already working in aviation who wants to earn additional income through professional introductions and relationship development.

Responsibilities

Introduce Aquarius Lux to qualified aviation contacts and decision-makers.
Develop relationships with aircraft owners, charter operators, management companies, FBOs, MROs, brokers, flight departments, and aviation businesses.
Identify aircraft requiring exterior, interior, brightwork, or recurring presentation services.
Provide accurate contact and aircraft information for qualified opportunities.
Help coordinate professional introductions, calls, meetings, and service opportunities.
Represent Aquarius Lux professionally and protect the company’s luxury brand image.
Maintain confidentiality and follow established lead-protection procedures.
Communicate lead activity and updates directly with Aquarius Lux management.

Ideal Candidates

We are especially interested in candidates with experience or relationships in:

Private and business aviation
Part 91 or Part 135 operations
Charter sales or brokerage
Aircraft management
FBO or line-service operations
Aircraft maintenance and MRO services
Flight operations or dispatch
Aviation sales and business development
Aircraft brokerage or sales
Corporate flight departments
Aircraft detailing or appearance services
Pilot, cabin crew, or aviation management roles
HNW and UHNW client relationship management

Current or former pilots, charter professionals, FBO employees, line-service personnel, flight attendants, brokers, maintenance professionals, and aviation executives are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

Existing aviation relationships or the ability to develop qualified aviation opportunities
Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
Professional presentation and sound judgment
Ability to work independently and communicate consistently
Understanding of private aviation standards and client expectations
South Florida aviation connections are strongly preferred
Nationwide aviation contacts with South Florida aircraft activity are also valuable

Compensation

This is currently a commission-only independent contractor opportunity.

Commission is earned on qualified business that results in a completed and fully paid service.
A typical example is a 10% commission on the first completed and paid aircraft service generated through the representative.
No commission is paid for unqualified leads, estimates, meetings, canceled services, or unpaid invoices.
Leads are documented and protected through Aquarius Lux.
Additional compensation structures may be discussed based on experience, performance, and the quality of established aviation relationships.

This position does not currently include a guaranteed salary, hourly wage, or employee benefits.

Growth Opportunity

Aquarius Lux is building a professional aviation network across Florida and nationwide. Representatives who consistently produce qualified business may be considered for expanded responsibilities as the company grows.

Future part-time and full-time opportunities may become available in business development, account management, territory development, and aviation operations. These future positions are not guaranteed and will depend on company growth and individual performance.

Remote — United States

Primary service territory: South Florida and surrounding aviation markets. Applicants outside Florida are welcome if they have aviation relationships connected to South Florida.
