Red Aviation is seeking a professional and service-oriented Flight Attendant (VIP Cabin Crew) to support executive-level private aviation operations, ensuring an exceptional, discreet, and premium onboard experience for passengers.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in corporate, business, or VIP aviation environments, who demonstrate a high sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and client-service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Provide a refined, high-quality passenger experience in a private aviation setting.
- Ensure cabin readiness, organization, and professional presentation.
- Coordinate catering, amenities, and premium in-flight service.
- Support pre-flight and post-flight service procedures.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding operations, passengers, and logistics.
- Collaborate professionally with the flight crew and service partners.
Requirements
- Previous experience as Flight Attendant / Cabin Crew or in premium service environments.
- Advanced English — written and spoken (required).
- Strong communication and executive-level customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and service-oriented mindset.
- High ethical standards, discretion, and emotional maturity.
- Availability for international travel when required.
Preferred Profile (Not Mandatory)
- Experience in VIP / Private / Corporate aviation
- Background in luxury hospitality or executive service environments
- Spanish language is a plus
Compensation
Compensation is aligned with experience and assignment scope.
