Customer Service Representative – Customer Service Representatives are the forefront of the Thunderbird Aviation Family. As frontline team members, The CSR is responsible for providing excellent customer service and developing relationships with customers. The CSRs opens and closes our operations, dispatches aircraft, and bills customers for flight instruction, aircraft rental and merchandise sales. The CSRs also work closely with all other departments keeping everyone connected.
