Join our Team as an Airplane Interior Fabricator and Installer, where your craftsmanship and mechanical expertise will bring comfort, style, and safety to aircraft interiors. In this role, you will be engaging in removal, prepping, fabricating, and installing new leather interiors in Cirrus SR22, Beech Baron and Bonanza airplanes.
Experience working in aircraft is a requirement for consideration of this career position. ONLY THOSE CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDERED.
Salary is based on your experience level and demonstrated proficiency. Pay could be at $35.00 per hour, or higher, if you are proficient or become very proficient in fabricating fixtures with leather and other laminates and installing them in airplanes. Other considerations in salary are reliability and team leadership.

Responsibilities
- Fabricate interior components using boltaron, foam, fabric, leather, and other materials in accordance with selected designs.
- Install interior panels, upholstery, and finish pieces with precision using hand tools and power tools.
- Follow all safety protocols while maintaining a productive clean work environment.
- Working daily 8:30 am to 5:00 pm., Monday - Friday except holidays.
Qualifications - Minimum
- Experience working in aircraft.
- Familiarization and proficiency utilizing hand tools while adhering to instructions and measurements.
- Ability to work on your feet for several hours.
- Comfortable with and physically able to lift up to 40 lbs and carry a short distance.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications are
- proficiency in fabrication, adhesion, fastening, fitting, and industrial sewing.
- Production efficiency and time management.
