WHY DO WE NEED YOU?
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is expected to be the primary customer contact for assigned customers within the Operations Team in the Bristol, RI site. The CSR will work closely with the sales team and supply chain to ensure all customer expectations are being met in a wide range of markets, including space, aviation, automotive, and electronics. In this role, the CSR will also work closely with the supply chain, quality, production, and engineering teams to understand customer demand (often through portals) and ensure that customer due dates are being met.
The CSR will be empowered to make decisions to delight our customers and act in a customer-centric manner. In addition, the CSR will support the application engineering team during the quoting and prototyping processes.
Essential Functions:
- Perform key customer activities, including interactions with customer contacts to
understand customer orders and demands, handling customer complaints, and supporting other needs of the customer.
- Coordinate with all other areas of the site to ensure superior on-time delivery performance, including management of customer portals and data.
- Working closely with the site quality and engineering teams, ensure compliance for critical delivery requirements, including customer specifications, export control regulations, and internal company policies.
- Work closely with management in support of sites and company goals to support the efforts of the application engineer in the areas of quoting and new product onboarding, as needed

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the local pay range for this position, which is $24.00 to $34.00 per hour. This hourly pay rate offered can vary depending on location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors. In addition to the hourly base pay rate, this position is eligible for periodic bonus payments/an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount can be up to 8% of hourly rate based on company and individual performance measures. The total annual target cash range (Hourly Pay Rate plus Bonus, annualized (40 hrs/week * 52wks)) for this position is $52,400 to $74,200. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and, by nature, can vary based on company and individual performance and are not a guarantee.
