Tour Attendant/Customer Service Representative
As a Tour Attendant/Customer Service Representative you will work at the TEMSCO base and are responsible for maintaining tour flow and safety for all helicopter tours. This is a safety-sensitive position. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greeting passengers as they arrive at the base
- Clearly presenting FAA-required safety information
- Preparing guests for their tour, including answering guests’ questions and providing glacier boots
- Assisting passengers loading and unloading from helicopters
To be a successful TEMSCO Tour Attendant/Customer Service Representative applicants should be:
