Coordinate Airport operational related activities; monitor the daily operations of the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA) common use facilities to include (ticket counters, gates, hardstands, and baggage claim devices). Anticipate and evaluate unusual situations and operational conflicts to include the airsides when assigned. Work with airlines and others as necessary to provide immediate solutions and maintain excellent customer service.
