About the Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Aircraft Interior Mechanic to join our team and support high-quality corporate aircraft interior repairs. You’ll work with premium materials, modern equipment, and a skilled team in a safety-driven, collaborative environment. Responsibilities:
- Perform touch-ups and repairs on corporate aircraft interiors.
- Work with fabric, vinyl, leather, and composite materials using approved tools and adhesives.
- Complete leather and seat repairs, as well as fabrication tasks, in compliance with FAA, OSHA, and EPA standards.
- Collaborate with leads and technicians to improve safety, efficiency, and processes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area. Support additional tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Self-motivated with strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in top stitch sewing.
- 5–10 years of experience with double-needle post machines and leather work.
- Prior aviation experience preferred.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with valid federal identification.
- Ability to pass background checks and FAA drug and alcohol testing. Ability to meet physical job demands, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
