We are looking for a skilled and experienced General Aviation Aircraft Mechanic to join our team.
Position Overview:
As a General Aviation Aircraft Mechanic at Fullard Flight, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and reliability of the aircraft we service. You will be responsible for conducting inspections, performing repairs, and maintaining the general airworthiness of a range of general aviation piston aircraft.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostic tests on general aviation aircraft.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs in accordance with FAA regulations and manufacturer guidelines.
Troubleshoot and identify aircraft mechanical and electrical issues.
Replace or repair aircraft components and systems, including engines, and airframes.
Perform scheduled inspections and maintenance tasks on engines, landing gear, and other critical components.
Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately and maintain records in compliance with FAA requirements.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certificate.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a General Aviation Aircraft Mechanic.
Strong understanding of FAA regulations.
Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Proficiency in using aircraft maintenance tools and equipment.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours when necessary.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications:
Inspection Authorization (IA) is a plus but not necessary.
Experience with Beechcraft and Cessna piston aircraft.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
