Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Corporate AOG (Aircraft on Ground) Mechanic to join our dynamic maintenance team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for performing urgent repairs and troubleshooting on corporate aircraft to ensure minimal downtime and maximum operational readiness. Your expertise will help keep our fleet flying safely and efficiently, providing critical support during time-sensitive AOG situations. Weekend Shift, First, and Second Shift Available.
Will primarily work in Hangar but will also travel from Raleigh, Wilmington, and surrounding areas within' North Carolina as needed to support AOG needs.

Pay Differntials for all shifts:
- 1 opening – 2nd Shift (Weekday Nights)
Mon–Thru | 1600–0200
+$2.00 shift differential
- 3 openings – 3rd Shift (Weekend Days)
Fri–Sun | 0600–1830
+$4.00 shift differential
- 1 opening – 4th Shift (Weekend Nights)
Fri–Sun | 1800–0630
+$6.00 shift differential
Must be willing to travel 25% to assist AOG needs as required but will mainly be working out of a hangar in North Carolina.
MUST HAVE MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS WORKING ON CORPORATE AIRCRAFT SUCH AS:
- Gulfstream (GIV–G700)
- Bombardier (Challenger, Global)
- Cessna Citation series
- King Air 90/200/350
- Embraer Phenom or Legacy
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics of aircraft systems to identify issues promptly during AOG situations
- Perform repairs, replacements, and adjustments on aircraft components following manufacturer specifications and safety standards
- Document all maintenance actions meticulously in compliance with regulatory requirements and company procedures
- Collaborate with engineering and flight operations teams to coordinate repair schedules and ensure swift resolution of AOG events
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly calibrated and stored
- Assist in inventory management of parts and tools needed for emergency repairs, ensuring availability at all times
Qualifications
- A&P License REQUIRED.
- Proven experience as an aircraft mechanic, specifically in corporate or business aviation environments
- Strong knowledge of aircraft electrical systems, hydraulics, engines, and airframe structures
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and maintenance procedures clearly and accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on rapid diagnosis and effective repair execution
- Valid certification from an authorized aviation maintenance authority (e.g., FAA Airframe & Powerplant license or equivalent)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including emergency call-outs outside regular shifts when necessary
