Elite Air Service is hiring a high-end, experienced Service Manager (Director of Maintenance) to lead aircraft maintenance with a focus on safety and efficiency.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, profitability, and operational efficiency across all service operations. What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily operations across maintenance department
- Delegate workflow, monitor technician performance, and ensure productivity
- Build and maintain strong team morale, accountability, and clear communication
- Track service revenue, efficiency, and job quality daily
- Collaborate with the parts manager and flight school for seamless internal operations
- Ensure full compliance with FAA regulations
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in aviation maintenance operations, including 2+ years in a supervisory or management role with a team of four or more technicians
- A pilot’s license (preferred)
- A Inspection and Authorization Certification (highly preferred)
- Familiarity with Lightspeed EVO (a plus)
- Proven leadership and team-building skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Results-driven with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction
