Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Phenom 300 PIC (Pilot in Command), based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The Phenom 300 PIC will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft, including pre-flight preparation, in-flight management, and post-flight procedures. Additional responsibilities include compliance with all regulatory requirements, maintaining communication with the flight crew and operations team, and providing an exceptional experience for passengers through professional and courteous service.
Qualifications
- FAA ATP License with a Phenom 300 Type Rating
- Minimum flight experience of 3,000 total flight hours and 500 hours as Pilot in Command on type preferred
- Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, international operations, and safety management systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to ensure seamless coordination with the operations team and a positive passenger experience
- Proven ability to make critical decisions under pressure while maintaining professionalism
- High level of organization and attention to detail for managing flight responsibilities and documentation
- Current First-Class Medical Certificate
- Flexibility to adapt to dynamic schedules and the ability to work weekends and holidays as required
Experience in private aviation and familiarity with Phenom 300 aircraft operational systems are highly desirable.
