Position Overview
TCW Technologies is seeking a Certified General Aviation Pilot with strong customer-facing and sales experience to support a range of aviation services including a field sales presence providing direct, in person engagement with customers. This role will involve travelling to customer locations to promote, demonstrate, and sell our products.
The ideal candidate will have solid flight experience in general aviation aircraft, a professional demeanor with clients, and the ability to help grow aviation service offerings through relationship building and service excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer & Sales Engagement
- Travel extensively to customer locations to promote, demonstrate, and support company products and services.
- Identify and research potential new customers, markets, and business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Proactively schedule and conduct meetings with prospective and existing customers.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with customers to drive satisfaction and repeat business.
- Represent the company at industry seminars, conferences, and trade shows to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations tailored to customer needs and use cases.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities, tracking progress from initial contact through closing.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to support customer needs and ensure successful outcomes.
- Gather and report customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform business strategy.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, travel activities, and sales efforts in CRM or reporting systems.
Required Qualifications
- Commercial Pilot Certificate (FAA) with appropriate aircraft category and class ratings
- Instrument Rating (IFR) required
- Minimum 250 hours total flight time
- Valid FAA Class II Medical Certificate (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to travel frequently and operate from customer locations
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) certificate preferred
- Multi-engine rating preferred
- Previous experience in aerial survey, charter, or instructional flying
- Experience operating in Part 91 or Part 135 environments

Work Environment
- Frequent travel required, including visits to customer sites, attendance at industry seminars, and participation in trade shows.

- Flexible and dynamic schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends based on customer needs and event schedules.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
