About the Role
We are seeking an experienced aviation Base Manager to oversee operations at our Andalusia, AL facility. This role ensures the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of aircraft, support vehicles, and base personnel, while driving a strong culture of safety and teamwork.
The Role:
- Lead and coordinate daily operations at the Andalusia, AL base
- Drive safety, compliance, and aircraft/aircrew readiness
- Maintain strong working relationships with FAA, vendors, and clients
- Manage and mentor AL-based personnel
- Oversee audits, inspections, and continuous improvement
- Support resource planning and operational growth
- Act as the first point of contact for operational issues (24/7 availability required)

About You
You are an experienced aviation operations leader who brings sound judgement, safety focus, and excellent people leadership.
You will bring:
- Management experience in a commercial aviation environment preferred
- Knowledge of FAA regulations and safety management systems
- Experience supervising staff and managing operational resources
- Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and build trusted relationships
- Eligibility for aviation security clearance and airside driving authority

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
