Job Summary
We are seeking Aircraft Mechanics to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on various aircraft systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and manufacturer specifications. This role requires a general understanding of aircraft mechanics, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Duties
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on aircraft airframes and systems.
- Utilize hand tools to perform repairs and adjustments.
- Assemble and disassemble aircraft components.
- Troubleshoot systems and perform necessary repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with other mechanics to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Adhere to safety protocols while working in the hangar and on the flight line.
- Perform tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Aircraft maintenance experience is a plus, but not required.
- Understanding of airframe systems is a plus, but not required.
- Familiarity with systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to read technical manuals.
- Mechanical aptitude with experience using hand tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00 - $48.00 per hour

Experience:
- A & P or IA Maintenance : 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- A&P or IA Certificate Issued by FAA (Preferred)
