Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled meet-and-greet support for airline arrivals and departures.
- Respond to on-call maintenance needs as they arise, typically aligned with flight activity.
- Troubleshoot and address maintenance items, including MEL and NEF discrepancies as needed.
- Coordinate with airline maintenance control when required.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism with airline clients and airport personnel at all times.
Qualifications:
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate (Required)
- Aircraft maintenance experience (airline, regional, corporate, or cargo preferred)
- Experience with Embraer, CRJ, or Airbus aircraft preferred
- Basic aircraft maintenance tools (specialty tools provided if needed)
- Professional, reliable, and able to represent the company properly on-site
- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability while working independently
- Able to respond when needed and manage time effectively during on-call periods
