Key Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance to meet FAA and company standards
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical components
- Read and interpret pilot-reported discrepancies, diagnose and resolve issues
- Assemble, install, and inspect mechanical/structural components
- Ensure compliance with accurate records, work orders, and checklists
- Maintain inventory, parts usage, and organization
- Uphold safety-conscious behaviors and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in aircraft maintenance with a focus on precision and attention to detail
- Strong troubleshooting skills in both mechanical and electrical systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to lift up to 60 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
- Authorized to work in U.S. and have a valid driver’s license
Required Qualifications:
- Pass pre-employment FAA DOT drug test and random screenings
- Well-versed in FAA regulations and industry standards
- Valid FAA Airframe and Power Plant (A&P) Mechanic Certification
Experience in both fixed-wing and rotorcraft maintenance
Shift Information:
- Day and Night shifts, rotating (varies)
- Overtime & On-Call
