JOB DESCRIPTION:
Line Service Technician
Job Duties
- Marshal, park, and secure aircraft safely
- Provide fueling, towing, and ramp support services
- Operate ground equipment and service vehicles
- Maintain clean ramp areas and follow safety procedures
- Deliver prompt, professional service to crews and passengers
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work safely
- Valid driver’s license; clean driving record preferred
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Aviation/ramp experience preferred (training available)
Air Concierge
Job Duties
- Greet passengers and crew with professionalism and urgency
- Coordinate customer requests (transportation, catering, hotels, etc.)
- Maintain VIP lounge readiness and presentation standards
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and customers
- Deliver a high-end hospitality experience
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Hospitality or aviation experience preferred
